        • I'll put you through a few movement patterns to observe your balance, coordination and mobility. 
      •  Based on your consultation and results from your assessment, I’ll program for you up to 7 days a week. You’ll follow the workout plan using True Coach App which can easily be accessible from your phone, it has pictures, demo videos and step by step break down of your daily workout. These workouts will be done at any fitness facility of your choosing.

Metabolic Conditioning & Circuit Training

Develop muscular power and overall speed with Level I Plyometrics including double leg jumps, low-level hops and skips and other explosive, fast-acting movements. Accelerate speed and velocity skills. Enhance strength with low-level, explosive and absolute strength lifts, functional strength exercises and core strength activities.

Strength Training 1 on 1

Intensive training that helps you reach your athletic goals. With advanced linear and lateral speed dynamics, intermediate plyometric training, advanced flexibility training and advanced pre-hab, joint stability and mobility training. It’s our most popular program and get’s the best results because the workouts are tailored to your exact needs.

Olympic Lifting

This session focuses primarily on improving the technical execution of the snatch, clean & jerk and related lifts. This program is intended to supplement your current training regimen and improve explosiveness, strength, and coordination in addition to getting comfortable with the lifts.

Programming is focused on the needs of the individual, along with necessary modifications for individual athletes as determined by the coaching staff. In each session athletes can expect to snatch or clean & jerk, perform dynamic pulling drills, and perform skill transfer drills and other supplemental exercises for the Olympic lifts.
